Privacy in plain words

Effective September 7, 2026 · Qirai Technologies (3-101-960370 Sociedad Anónima) · Río Segundo, Alajuela, Costa Rica.

This is the short, readable version. It says the same things as the full Privacy Policy in fewer words. If the two ever disagree, the full one is the one that counts — but we would rather fix the disagreement, so tell us.

The whole thing in four lines. We save your game so you do not lose it. We do not know your name. We do not show ads. If you want it all gone, there is a button in the game that deletes it.

What we keep

That is the list. Not your name, not your email, not your phone number, not where you are, not your photos, not your contacts.

Why we keep it

So the game still knows who you are tomorrow. If we kept nothing, you would start from room 1 every time you closed the app, and gems you paid for would vanish. That is the entire reason.

The part that is optional

We would also like to know which rooms people get stuck on, so we can fix the ones that are too hard, and whether the app crashed, so we can fix that too.

That part is off until you say yes. The game asks you once, near the start. Both buttons are the same size and neither is ticked for you. Saying no is not a worse experience — the game is exactly the same either way, and nothing is locked behind saying yes.

If you said yes and want to change your mind, open Settings → Privacy and turn it off. It stops right then, not next time you open the game.

If you told the game you are under 16, this never happens at all — even if you tap yes. That is not us promising to be careful; it is two separate checks in the app, and both have to pass.

Who sees it

Us, and Google. We use Google Firebase to store the game, so your save sits on Google's computers rather than ours. Google is not allowed to use it for their own purposes — they hold it for us.

We do not sell anything to anyone. There is no advertising in Tiny Dungeon, so there is nobody buying. If we ever changed that, this page would say so before it happened.

Your save is kept on computers outside your country, including in the United States. There are legal contracts covering that; the full policy names them.

How to say no

How to delete it

In the game: Settings → Cloud → Delete Cloud Data. It asks you to confirm, tells you what goes, and then it goes.

Already uninstalled? Delete my data explains how to ask us instead.

One warning worth reading twice. If you bought gems, deleting removes them and we cannot give them back. We keep a record that the purchase happened — with your ID stripped out of it — because that record is what stops a refunded purchase being paid out a second time. It no longer says who you are.

What you can ask us for

A copy of what we hold. A correction. Deletion. It in a format a machine can read. Or to stop measuring you. All of it is free, none of it makes us treat you differently, and we answer within 30 days.

Because your save is anonymous, we need the ID to find it — the game shows it at the bottom of Settings, under the version number. Copy it into your email or we will not know which save is yours.

Email privacy@qirai.tech. If you think we have got something wrong and we do not fix it, you can complain to a data protection regulator — the full policy says which one.

How old you have to be

Tiny Dungeon is for players aged 13 and over. The game asks what year you were born, once. Nothing about the game changes because of your answer — only what we are allowed to collect does, and a younger answer means we collect less.

If you are under 13, please ask a parent before playing. If you are a parent and think your child has given us something you would rather we did not have, email privacy@qirai.tech and we will remove it.
