Delete my data
You can have the copy of your save that we hold deleted. This page explains how, what goes, and — honestly — what does not.
Deleting everything on your device
Uninstalling Tiny Dungeon removes the save stored on your device. On its own this does not remove the copy on our servers.
Deleting the copy we hold
Email privacy@qirai.tech from any address, with the subject Delete my data.
Your save is anonymous — there is no name or email on it — so we cannot find it from your email address alone. Please include the player ID shown at the bottom of the Settings screen in the app. Without it we have no way to tell which save is yours, and deleting the wrong one would destroy someone else's progress.
We will confirm once it is done, normally within 30 days.
What is deleted
- your player profile
- your progress and which rooms you have completed
- your gold and gem balances
- which heroes you own and which is equipped
- the record of which rooms have paid their one-time reward
- your synced settings
What is kept, and why
Records of purchases are kept. Your anonymous ID is removed from them, so they no longer point at you, but the transaction identifier, product, amount and date remain.
There are two reasons, and both matter:
- They are financial records. If you ask Apple or Google for a refund, or dispute a charge, this is the record that shows what was bought and when. We are also required to keep records of sales.
- They stop a purchase paying out twice. The transaction identifier is what tells our servers a purchase has already been honoured. If we deleted it, a refunded or replayed purchase could be used to claim the gems again.
Analytics and crash reports are not tied to your save and expire on Firebase's own retention schedule.
Starting again
Deleting your cloud data does not stop you playing. If you keep the app, it simply creates a fresh, empty save the next time it syncs.
